About the Tea
My Essential Tea line was born of my love of tea, plant medicine and of course my training as a Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner. Most of my time in school was studying herbs and being in the clinic dispensary, and I wanted to create a line of teas that were based on TCM herbs and formulas, but simpler and for every day use The teas help keep your body in alignment when paired with your other healthy life-style habits. Each tea reflects what I see my patients needing support with the most in their day to day life.
Not only are these herbs safe and effective, they taste great too! I am so excited for you to try these teas and see just how powerful Chinese medicine is!
